    You use a sprinkle per application (one or two teaspooon fulls).

    How To

    Damp the bowl then simply sprinkle the BioMaster Toilet Cleaner Unblocker directly from the screw top pouch.  One or two teaspoon fulls should be sufficient per use.

    Brush to release the mildly scented foaming cleaner to do its work.  The foam cleans the bowl.  Then flush once. 

    Use this cleaner when you would normally clean your toilet. 

    Unsightly stains, smelly problems and blocked systems will be a thing of the past. This product is designed to break down toilet paper and human waste.   

    It will not kill tree roots.  Any product that kills tree roots will also disrupt your septic tank system.

    Q: When will my order be delivered?
    A: All AusPost orders are picked, packed and despatched within 2 business days.  Our experience with AusPost indicates that your order will be delivered within 2 - 5 business days.  Clearly this will fluctuate at peak shipping times such as Christmas.

    Q: What happens if my order gets lost during transit?
    A: On rare occasions we have had orders go missing. ecoMaster has solid procedures in place and photograph every order that leaves our warehouse.  The delivery of our orders at the local post office are videoed and we track the progress of orders.  If a delivery date appears to be beyond expectation, we will raise a query with AusPost on your behalf.  If your order cannot be found during transit, we will send a replacement.  

    Q: What happens if my order is stolen after delivery?
    A: We will check with AusPost to ensure that the order was delivered to the correct address.  If that is confirmed, and your order has been stolen from your home after delivery, please raise a Police report.

    Sounds like a second flush and it’s gone.

    This is not an inexpensive product so you have an expectation that it will work. It arrives in curious packaging ( is it a single dose or multiple?) and is described as a toilet cleaner that you then flush into the sewer system.. One flush later, this will all flush away presumably. If you want to ensure no roots block your pipes, it is hard to understand how this will achieve the desired result. Better a slow release tablet in a bathroom floor trap perhaps.? I have been planning to get some back-up info on the product’s application.

    It is a chemical free solution with no poisons in it.
    The bacteria in the cleaner is designed to break down toilet paper and human waste, not tree roots.
    Any product that kills roots will disrupt a septic system.

    To use it, wet the bowl, light sprinkle (just a teaspoon or two), then brush the bowl.
    It will foam up. The pleasant smelling foam cleans the bowls. Then flush once.
    Use this cleaner when you would normally clean your toilet.
